Due to increased workflow, this firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor 2 PQE to join their team, working closely with the partners within the Dispute Resolution department.
The core property litigation team is made up of two partners and a senior associate, with support from multi-disciplinary associates, trainees and paralegals.
The work encompasses all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TOLATA claims and professional negligence matters, and a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice. In addition to its own clients, the team integrates with the firm's Family, Property and Private Client teams on aspects of their work.
This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.
