The Role

This Property Litigation Senior Associate role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive West End office. They have grown substantially in recent years, making now is an exciting time to join. The Managing Partner wants to give this individual a platform to work towards Partnership. They have recently just secured a number of contracts that will be over a 3 year period, meaning work can be handed across from the start.

You will join a flourishing department that deals with a truly excellent quality of work. You will be at the forefront of this department, dealing with both Commercial Property and HNW Residential Property Litigation. The client base will be varied, making for a much more interesting role.

The caseload will be broad but include real estate disputes, disputes arising out of development contracts, advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence claims and residential landlord and tenant possession actions.

They are open as to background as they are happy for this individual to take on a caseload that works with their own experience and skill set.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have real commercial acumen
• The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
