The practice is expanding its West End office and is looking to hire an Insolvency Partner to head up the department.

The firm continues to scale the rankings of the Legal 500 and has a significantly increased headcount over recent years. They are a Real Estate focused firm, with several departments which complement this nicely including; Planning, Construction, Corporate, Banking & Litigation. With the growth of the department.

The Role
This is a highly progressive opportunity for an Insolvency HOD or Partner with a following to join the firm's vibrant office in London. Your caseload will be diverse, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery and more.
You will act for Banks and other lending institutions, Private equity companies, Investment funds, Creditors, Retailers, Healthcare suppliers, Charities and Commercial organisations, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional element.
While managing the business development side of the department, you will also be able to build the team and supervise junior members to however you choose.

Requirements:

• You must be an Insolvency HOD or Partner with a following
• Awareness and exercise of financial management skills
• Good management and supervisory skills
• Good business development and marketing skills
