This highly-regarded, leading, national firm is looking for an experienced Practice/Finance Director to join their Central London office. This principal firm acts for tens of thousands of clients each year, representing a large array of specialities, including HNW individuals, government, business Managers and corporate organisations.

The Role:

This company is seeking a Practice/Finance Director who has experience working at the boardroom level to analyse the accounts, and business, and put a plan in place and make recommendations moving forward.

Experience working in a law firm is essential. You will be tasked with advising on the best strategy and recommendation on how best to move forward. Experience working with Legal Aid and Crime is also highly desired.

There is the opportunity to work remotely if desired.

Previous experience working with Legal Aid and Criminal Law is strongly desired.

Among other duties, your responsibilities will include:

- Reporting up to boardroom level
- Analysing business performance
- Making recommendations on strategies moving forward
- Streamlining internal processes
- Maintaining organisation and up-to-date records
