To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience, with a proven track record of advising and leading on data protection projects. You will have an outstanding technical ability, particularly with drafting policies and data processor agreements, conducting audits and advising on international data transfers.

The Role

Opportunity for a Data Privacy Senior Associate 5 years PQE to join a commercially significant practice to be based in their London West End office.

Led by a distinguished Partner who is well-known in the privacy and cyber security space, this team acts for PLCs, corporations and public sector bodies on all aspects of information and cybersecurity law including data protection, FOI, confidentiality and privacy issues.

Therefore, this role would suit an individual with a track record of advising and leading on data protection projects, perhaps with IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certifications, for clients in a regulated or public sector environment.

In view of the recent and forecasted growth of this team, progression prospects are tangible for those who want it.

Requirements

  • Commercial Senior Associate 5 years PQE with expertise in data, privacy and/or cybersecurity
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
