The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Immigration Lawyer to join the firms West End office.
The firm has a growing impressive client base, which is varied and spans various industry sectors as well, you will find it contains several exciting companies. You will be at the forefront of this department and will deal with a broad range of work.

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.
This role comes with good prospects for progression including Partner, and possibly even equity.
Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You should be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities where perhaps others may not
• You should have had good business development experience
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structures which allows you to earn a lucrative % of all work introduced.
• There is an existing caseload for you to develop
• Entrepreneurial spirits wanted.
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
