Due to an increase in workload, this firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join their flourishing West End outfit.

Corporate has become one of the most important departments at this firm, and they continue to cater to new and existing clients.

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs/ins and private equity and venture capital investments, are the team's lifeblood.

Joining the team, you will be heavily supported by a professional support network, and this practice uses the most modern case management systems/software. They are always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach.
