The Role

The firm is recruiting for a Construction Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join them in their central London office.

This role is based in the firm's City of London headquarters but applicants are welcomed from anywhere in the UK, as long as they are able to make it to the office 1-2 days a week.

You will work within the Construction Disputes team, operating on claims worth hundreds of millions of pounds to simpler enforcement matters.

The team is highly skilled and familiar with a broad range of construction contacts including JCT, NEC, PPC, FIDIC, ICE and GC/Works. The department acts on all forms of the JCT and NEC family, with a particular focus on JCT DB and NEC Options A and C.

This will be a fulfilling role as you gain exposure to the firm's broad client base operating on a wide variety of interesting projects. The firm is extremely nurturing, offering impressive training and development opportunities - creating a superb path for progression.

Requirements

  • You will be an England and Wales Solicitor with NQ - 3 years PQE
  • Having expertise in advising Public sector clients is highly desirable.
  • It is essential you have experience in Construction law - preferably contentious
