The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking for a Senior Banking Solicitor (non-contentious) to join their stand-out office in London's West End.

The Banking & Finance department works closely with the firm's Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate Tax departments.

The department has expertise in; Secured & Structured Lending, Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt, Securitisations Structures, Asset Finance, Debt Structuring, Funds, Swaps & other Derivatives. They act for Borrowers, Lenders and Funders in all types of Financial transactions.

You will join a highly experienced, Legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects, you will work side by side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.

Requirements:

• You will be a non-contentious Banking Solicitor with 8 years PQE
• You will have first-class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships
• You will be able to manage a busy caseload
• You will support the junior fee earners in the department
