The Investment Department acquires off-market, prime residential and commercial property with scope to increase rental income and/or capital value. The team works closely with Banks, Property Dealers, Receivers and Auction Houses.

In this role, you will work alongside the highly-respected Managing Director on a day-to-day basis. This will be a varied role, getting involved in multiple projects and from start to finish and assisting on all administrative and legal matters.
The role will cover a wide range of duties including; Section 21, Section 8 evictions, small claims, compliance, laws around lettings, tenancies, HMO licensing, Commercial Property Leases. For example, the company have had 16 evictions in the last few months, showing the depth of work they are taking on at present.
On offer is an interesting and varied role, working in a friendly and supportive working environment, with excellent opportunities to progress within the team. This role would require the successful candidate to spend 5 days in the office.
