Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 5 PQE to join their outstanding and progressive South-East London practice.

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to advising clients on buying and selling companies/businesses, Joint Ventures, Stock market listings (IPO's) and the handling of other more complex matters.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 5 relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
