The role:

Opportunity for a dynamic Contentious Construction Associate 3 years PQE or CILEX seeking a role based in Bath.

You will advise on a mix of disputes in the pre-action stage and in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and in court. Claims will relate to time, money and defective work/design, during and after the construction phase.

You will work very closely with the firm's transactional construction team to provide a 360 service when it comes to risk management for client projects within sectors including renewable energy, residential development, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management.

The firm would be open to hearing from those who are perhaps practicing within a general commercial litigation practice at the moment, but want to specialise solely in construction disputes, alongside those who are existing specialists.
