5 PQE Family Solicitor to join Bath team

You will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload in Divorce and Finances, Childcare, Co-habitation, DV and Mediation, whilst engaging with clients with a high degree of empathy.

Creative and open-minded in your approach to resolving disputes, you will explore constructive and non-confrontational avenues whilst also appreciating the need to take immediate and concise action.

You will work on complex matters, often supporting and mentoring those more junior. Joining as a Senior, you will set the quality standard within the team, whilst engaging with leadership and being influential to the department's strategic direction.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

The Requirements

  • 5 years Fee Earning experience within Family law
  • Mentoring junior colleagues
