The Role

2 PQE Family Lawyer to join Weston-super-Mare team

With an emphasis on quality and relationship building, you will join the team in a role utilising your experience in Family Law.

Handling a mixed caseload of private Divorce, Children, Financial and Co-Habitation matters. You will work independently whilst using the dedicated administrative support and technology available to remove any administrative burden.

The team are known for their collaborative approach across the business, nurturing a friendly and welcoming environment that see an exceptionally high retention rate.

Based in either Weston-super-Mare office, you will be actively involved in BD and networking activities to broaden your own and the firm's reputation and give more junior colleagues guidance in support of their development.

You'll receive quarterly reviews with structured, realistic guidance on progressing up the ladder, given mentoring from leadership as and when required.

The Requirements

• 2 years Fee Earning experience in Private Family matters
• Strong understanding of the local market
• Empathy and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients
• Drive to expand your remit via networking activities
