The Role

This is a crucial strategic hire for this high-performing business, with the short-term outlook for the successful candidate being a leading Partner in one of the foremost renewables teams in Scotland. You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team, and as a senior member, your role will be to build up and drive this key growth sector for the business.

The team work across exciting and large-scale projects across all major clean energy technologies, including solar, hydro, wind, biomass and battery storage to name a few. Your role will provide you exposure to the full range Real Estate work in relation to these exciting projects, such as negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes and much more.

As a key strategic decision-maker, you will be responsible for driving the vision of this talented team, supporting junior members' professional development and training, identifying and realising new business development opportunities and taking ownership of your own portfolio of clients with whom you can build long-term and enduring relationships.

• Is an ambitious individual with 5 years of relevant PQE
