Are you a Personal Assistant with experience working in a legal environment seeking a part-time position with a leading firm?

The Role

As a legal secretary in this high-performing Finance team, you will carry out a broad range of work. Supporting financial billing requirements and diary management, creating invoices, proofing legal documentation, assisting with business development, bids and tenders, and aiding colleagues to complete their work will all be part of this varied role.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software packages, CRMs and due diligence processes.

Your ability to prioritise and organise will be key to the smooth functioning of this leading team. There is ample opportunity to develop in this role and progress your career with a leading national firm.

This role is suitable for those looking for part-time work equivalent to 50% full-time.
