The Role

This prestigious international team will allow you to work on the full spectrum of fund-related work, including with City and international clients.

Support investment managers with establishing, structuring and investing in funds across various sectors including infrastructure, real estate, impact, energy debt and private equity.

Many of the team's clients are large-scale institutional investors, subsequently, you will provide advice on primary commitments, co-investments, secondary transactions, account mandates and consortium arrangements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is an experienced funds lawyer with at least 2 years of relevant PQE

• Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction law landscape
