The Role

Working in one of the premier Corporate Energy teams in Europe the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support some of the largest energy acquisition projects both in the UK and internationally.

As part of this prestigious team, you will primarily work on upstream oil and gas M&A, supporting sector work which is transforming the face of the energy market globally. Projects including decommissioning, repurposing and supporting new developments vital to on-going Energy security.

The team has a clear and quick progression pathway, and you will be supported by leading Partners to develop towards Legal Director and Partnership status.

You will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in the Energy sector with a team renowned for developing rising legal stars.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is a highly experienced Corporate lawyer (either with in-house or private practice) with strong upstream oil and gas-specific expertise.
• Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with large clients
