The Role

Working with this Legal 500 Tier-ranked IP/IT team, you will gain exposure to an incredible range of commercial and IP/IT work including; cloud and SaaS contracts, e-commerce, data-sharing and data-protection, compliance, managed services and IP protections such as trademarks, patents and copyright.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative commercial clients in the market, both in the UK and internationally. These clients span every sector and size, and each presents a unique set of challenges, making for a role which is inherently varied and stimulating.

As a key member of the team not only will you provide commercial and IP/IT solutions for clients, but you will also have the opportunity to support them through the delivery of specialised training. You will be able to develop strong networks with clients and identify and act on business development opportunities that arise in your network.

Working alongside renowned colleagues will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in the Commerical IP/IT practice area and take a significant and exciting step forward in your career.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is an ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant PQE
• Excellent verbal/written comm unicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a client focus and approaches problems in an effective, organised and skilled manner
• Ability to manage complex and varied workload efficiently to the highest standard
• Is a self-starter who is able to complete work independently, with supervision
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
