The Role:

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Corporate team as an Associate in the firm's Glasgow office.

You will be involved in work that is unparalleled in the region. You will be working with national and international clients across a range of Corporate transactions, including M&A, PE, ECM and IPOs. The team have particular strengths in tech, energy and finance.

This opportunity moulds around the individual, with the opportunity to focus on specific sectors and areas of work. This will allow you to develop your niche and grow your reputation in your chosen area.

Progression to Senior Associate within the team is transparent and will likely happen around 5 - 6 PQE. You will also receive a market-leading salary and benefits package, an impressive bonus, and a good level of flexibility (2 days in the office per week).

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer between NQ - 4 years PQE
• Experience gained across a range of Corporate work, including one or more of the following - M&A, PE, or ECM
• Comfortable with client contact and building relationships
• Have a good academic track record
