The firm is seeking to hire a Private Client Solicitor (Trusts, Tax and Estates) with 4-8 years PQE to join their Oxford City Centre office.
The Private Client Team has grown rapidly over the last half decade and has had growth triggered by the addition of HNW and UHNW clients. This is due to an increasingly impressive reputation that this firm gets the job done in an efficient, timely and thorough manner.
Ideally candidates will be a Member of STEP or in the process of becoming a STEP member.
Successful candidates will have solid wills and probate experience and be experienced in running their own independent caseload of files, covering estate administration, including taxable estates,
Wills and estate planning and trust advice (setting up and advising re trusts) with an interest in dealing with more complex cases.
The successful candidate will also be familiar with taxation of trusts.
