The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Senior Associate / Partner into their Oxford office.
You will work at the forefront of this successful department, working with the other Partners to drive this forward. You will have autonomy to shape your team, you will mentor and oversee more junior Lawyers.
The L500 ranked Employment department is currently very busy with a surge of new work coming into the department daily. The team are highly regarded and have dealt with some notable work recently.
They service a broad client base ranging from SME, OMB and many national companies. You will find that the work spans a wide range of industry sectors. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work, as well as corporate support.
Work will include, but not be limited to, Settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and corporate support.
