The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 to join a flourishing office in Witney, Oxfordshire.
The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role.
The caseload will include;

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases
• Landlord and tenant
• Development and Portfolio management.

You will join a friendly and supportive team that has a nice social aspect.
Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will be an excellent communicator
• You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
