The role:

This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Department for their established Residential Property team in their Banbury office.

As an experienced Solicitor, you will handle your own caseload dealing with files from instruction through to completion including dealing with right to buy, sales, purchases, equity releases and re-mortgages. In addition, you will motivate, lead and grow a team of junior and mid-level fee-earners.

This leadership role also encompasses business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors and you will help to guide the strategic direction of the practice.

With excellent support from the wider management team and progression pathways up to partnership, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious residential property lawyer seeking a leadership position.
