Opportunity for an in-house Real Estate Solicitor 3-5 years PQE to join a unique organisation that develops and manages commercial property premises for organisations operating within the life sciences.
Working closely with the General Legal Counsel and Real Estate Counsel, you will manage and develop their growing development and letting business which is focussed on the life sciences sector.
They are looking for someone with strong real estate background with experience in development work and asset management, ideally with an interest in the life sciences sector.
You will advise on asset management issues, manage utility-related issues, instruct and manage external counsel on landlord and tenant matters, maintain compliance and board approval processes and much more.
· Qualified Solicitor 3-5 years PQE, with a background in real estate and/or asset management
· Experience managing lettings, commercial contracts and compliance matters
· Self-starter who can drive forward the success of the development and lettings aspect of the business
