The Role
Senior Trusts Solicitor to join a top 75 firm in Oxford.
The Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Private Wealth team are trusted experts in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate and all areas of Private Client law.
The client-base is HNW and have complex financial arrangements in place. As the team receives continued attention from the wider market, a Trust Solicitor of 5 PQE is needed to work on cases that arise from advisory and probate matters within the team.
Working with a high degree of independence, you will constitution of lifetime and will trusts including HMRC registration and FATCA compliance and liaising with trustees and advisers in relation to the investment of the trust fund, whilst trustees and beneficiaries in relation to the management of the trusts throughout the annual cycle and being the point of contact for investment managers.
You will have a high degree of experience in trust management, be it as a Solicitor, CILEx or via ATT or CTA qualification. STEP being desirable, with you being encouraged to obtain if not.
Part-time can be considered, with the firm being committed to flexibility and home-working as appropriate.
