Opportunity for an Employment Solicitor 1 years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry-leading team in Oxford.

This is a specialist role focussed on providing support and advice to one of the firm's key clients which is a staff association of a Police Federation.

You will take on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment and regulatory matters for the federation members and representation in claims in the Employment Tribunal and civil courts.

This role would suit someone with a firm footing in employment matters, or experience in-house, that's looking to explore claimant work in a really interesting and challenging sector.
