The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Associate Solicitor that specialises in Employment Law into their flagship Nottingham office.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
