The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE into either their Kettering or Corby office.

You will deal with a high quality of Commercial Property matters, often acting for high-value transactions. The property department is highly regarded and have a very strong reputation in the local market.

You will deal with a broad Commercial Property caseload which will include; Landlord and tenant work, development, sales & acquisitions in a wide range of sectors.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least one year's PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• You should be an ambitious candidate keen to want to progress
