The role:

Due to continued success and growth, this firm is looking to expand its Commercial team with a highly experienced and capable Commercial Lawyer in their York city centre office.

This role supplements and supports the smooth running of the Commercial department and the continued growth of the team.

As one of their Commercial Solicitors, you will advise in relation to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and all aspects involved with the purchase and sale of businesses.

As part of the team, you will be required to manage your own caseload and provide support to the Commercial team. You will also be expected to procure business leads and seize upon marketing opportunities for promotion and sustained success of the department.

Requirements:

· You must be a qualified Commercial Lawyer
· Experience working in a Commercial capacity within a fast-paced, fast-evolving, and dynamic environment as a Fee earner.
