The Role:

As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Solicitor to strengthen and add value to its high-achieving Corporate and Commercial team.

This role can be based out of the Clifton Moor office. There are also options to work out of other North Yorkshire offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.

You will manage your case-load of Corporate and Commercial matters to include:

• mergers and acquisitions (both shares and assets
• corporate governance
• restructuring and refinancing
• joint ventures
• partnerships
• commercial agreements
• intellectual property.

You will be given autonomy across your matters and gain exposure to more complex work alongside team partners. You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of corporate law and becoming an expert within your field

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 1 Year PQE
• You will have the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of corporate law matters
• You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
• Possess the ability to partake in business development
