The Role:
As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Fee Earner to strengthen and add value to its high-achieving Costs Team within the Personal Injury Department.
This role is based from home, so it is open to any location.
You will manage your own Costs case-load to include:

• preparing bill of costs and cost claims for submission
• undertaking negotiations,
• planning/costing budgets
• representing Claimants at Costs hearings

You will be given autonomy across your matters and gain exposure to more complex work alongside team partners.
Requirements:

• you will be an experienced Costs Executive, Fee Earner or Solicitor
• you will have at least one year's experience in drafting costs (particularly in Clinical Negligence)
• Proficiency with the Costsmaster system
• You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
• Possess the ability to partake in business development
