The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their modern, and growing team in York.

You will join an established team and have a caried and interesting case to cover a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. These will include, landlord and tenant, licenses to assign, deeds of variation, investment sales and purchases, reporting on titles, drafting and negotiating contract documentation and dealing with post completing requirements.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE
• Acting on behalf of lenders on secured lending work is desirable
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
