About the Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Partner to join an ever-growing team in their York office.

This practice has an established Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team who are deal with HNW / UHNW work. The department has an influx of working coming in due to a recent acquisition of clients making now a particularly exciting time to join.

This practice deals with a comprehensive range of real estate services including sales & purchases, real estate finance, corporate support, development and more. they are highly ranked in the legal 500 for their real estate work and are considered to be pioneers in this particular practice area.

As a result of the firms comprehensive offering, the practice can cater for any niche specialisms making this a truly unique opportunity that can be catered for the individual. The current team boast client bases spanning a truly broad offering of industries allowing them to similarly cater for client bases over various sectors.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience of managing a team is to advantage, but not essential
• A portable client base of some degree isn't essential, but highly preferred
• You will have a strong network of connections
• Excellent client care skills are essential
