The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an Agricultural Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in York, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 ranked Agricultural and Landed Estates team regularly advise estates, landowners and tenant farms on a broad range of complex matters with particular expertise in environmental issues
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering the full spectrum of agricultural work, including the acquisition & disposals of tenancies, agri-business restructuring, diversification projects, renewable energy-related matters and general environmental concerns
• As an experienced solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved with business development, playing a pivotal role in the development of the wider department
