The Role

The firm are looking for a Contentious Probate Associate to join their growing department in Altrincham.

The role will include acting for claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims and validity challenges, drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, undertaking disclosure and instructing counsel.

You will work with a close-knit team that house heavy hitting lawyers. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with at least 1 years' experience
• If coming from a general litigation background, at least 50% of your caseload should be weighted towards Contentious Probate/Probate Litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
