The Role:

You will join a leading Insolvency team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

You will advise clients including corporates, Ips, and creditors on a broad range of issues, including administrations, CVAs, bankruptcies, IVAs, business turnaround, and compulsory liquidations. You will have hands-on responsibility for client relationships and the platform to further develop your reputation.

As part of a close-knit team, you will have the support to develop your commercial & technical skills, with a transparent progression path all the way to partnership.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit an Insolvency Lawyer with 4 years PQE
• Experience gained in a leading regional or city law firm
• Comfortable handling your own caseload and clients
• Willing to get involved in business development to help to grow your & the team's profile
