The Role:

You will be joining a renowned Commercial Litigation team that can offer you hands-on exposure to a broad mix of work and early responsibility for client relationships.

The work includes contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, tech disputes, IP disputes, and defamation. Clients include a number of high-growth start-ups across the North West, as well as SMEs and national businesses. The team punches well above their weight in terms of quality of work.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Litigation Lawyer between 1 - 5 years PQE
• Experience gained across a broad range of disputes, such as contract, shareholder, and IP disputes
• Comfortable working in a close-knit team environment
• Willing to get involved in business development and building your profile in the market
