The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work.

This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal/ or a Conveyancing Paralegal open to learning LE.
