100% home working role 2-3 days a week for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. You will be joining a well-established, independent firm with a full range of services and a rich heritage.

This opportunity is likely to extend beyond the current 2-3 months as the firm are currently swamped with inhouse work and enquiries.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years PQE

This firm is one of London's leading independent wealth advisors who provide a full range of services for their HNW and UHNW clients. They are based in the affluent area of Hampstead, in North West London.

They provide a leading and comprehensive service across all departments which include actuarial, investment consulting, independent trusteeship, financial planning and Commercial Property. They have a strong leadership team and work collaboratively, cross referring clients between departments as they continually and strategically expand the business year on year.

There is a strong support staff which allows all fee earners to focus on putting the client's needs first. This ensures that as the business grows and develops, they maintain their exceptional high levels of service which the company was built on.

The Role

This Commercial Property role is 100% remote working and they offer massive flexibility around which days you would like to work.

You will be assisting the Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team and working on all areas of commercial property including company property transactions, landlord and tenant leasehold, sales and purchases and portfolio management.

There will be a diverse range of clients they deal with which will make for a varied and interesting role.

They use state of the art IT systems to enable you to work effectively and accurately whilst working remotely and have full support across all business areas to ensure all their clients business needs are responded to quickly and correctly.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate 3 years PQE
• You will have a good eye for detail
• You will have a collaborative approach to working
• You will demonstrate a desire and passion to work in Commercial Property Law
• You will have good communication skills
