The firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 6 years PQE to join their team of quality Lawyers, in Norwich.

This role will see you joining an award-winning Property team, dealing with a quality of work only found in the City of London. Ranked in the Top 100 law firms in the UK, this firm has enjoyed substantial growth in terms of size, geographic spread and turnover in the past five years, further developing its profile regionally, nationally and internationally.

The Property team is award-winning and deals with both local work and an ever-growing client base of HNW individuals, Wealthy families, Business owners and entrepreneurs. You will find the work on par with top London firms.

You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team, and the caseload will include; landlord and tenant, development, Investment and Acquisitions and Disposals.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will be able to work on matters with minimal supervision
• You should enjoy business development and marketing
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You should have good experience running your own caseload and a good billings history.
• Exceptional technical knowledge is essential.
• You should have excellent communication skills.
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
