The firm is recruiting as part of its succession planning, and is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work side by side with a director, now approaching retirement.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful team in West Norfolk. The firm are flexible with base location, and you may work at whichever office is most convenient.
This role essentially is part of the firm's succession planning. You will work closely with a director approaching retirement, and will eventually inherit their high-quality team and client base.

• You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, and investment work.
• You will deal with a very broad range of work making for an interesting caseload
• This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone that may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Associate with 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You should have first-class communication skills
