• You will deal with a broad range of work which will include but not be limited to; Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations.
• You will deal with a very broad range of work, making for an interesting caseload

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is an advantage but is not essential
• You should have first-class communication skills and be able to build client relationships
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
