The Role

You will join a legal-500 ranked top-tier department as a Senior Associate, working alongside some of the best lawyers in the region.

The Corporate Tax team advises on all UK and cross-border tax aspects to meet business objectives. They do a lot of proactive advisory work and provide support on pressurised transactions.

This role would suit an existing tax lawyer or someone practising in the corporate space who wants to specialise in this hot area of law.

The work on offer will include tax and structuring advice on inbound investments, financing transactions, fund investments, real estate transactions, corporate M&A and restructurings, and shareholder and investor taxation.

The Ideal Candidate

• You will be a Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE and with a corporate/tax/litigation skill-set
• You will have excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
