The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a talented Employment Associate or Senior Associate into their growing and long-established Norwich office.

You will join an employment team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities an outstanding expertise.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role and be instrumental in business develop to help further the success of the Employment Team.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Associate or Senior Associate with 5 PQE
  • You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
