You will join a highly ranked Commercial team in the firm's state of the art Liverpool office.

You will take the lead on a variety of high-quality commercial matters across sectors such as tech, finance and manufacturing. As a senior team member, you will lead on key client relationships with major PLCs and exciting tech start-ups, allowing you to build relationships and establish a presence in the market.

You will play a vital role in the team's long-term growth, with a seat at the table from day one and an influence in strategic decision making that will influence the team's direction. This opportunity comes with clear scope for progression to partnership in a short timeframe.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 5 years PQE
• Have gained exposure to a variety of commercial contracts and IT agreements
• Ideally, you will have experience in a respected city practice or in-house legal team
• Comfortable leading and mentoring junior team members
• Have a desire to develop and progress
