The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Commercial Lawyer to join its respected Commercial team.

You will handle a broad range of non-contentious commercial work, with a focus on IP & Tech. The work is varied and will include commercial drafting, negotiation and advisory, supply chain, and structuring. The variety and complexity of work make for an engaging and challenging caseload.

Requirements:
