You will be a commercially driven Senior Property Litigation Solicitor looking to progress your career further in a respected, Legal 500 ranked Property Litigation team based in Liverpool.

Working closely alongside renowned Partners, you will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes, including possession, rent arrears claims, and restrictive covenants. The clients you will be working with include developers, major financial institutions, and national PLCs.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor between 5 years PQE
• Have gained exposure to a broad range of commercial property disputes
• Comfortable handling your own caseload and assisting Partners on more complex matters
• Able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
