You will join their highly regarded Corporate team in the firm's Liverpool office.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer between NQ - 5 years PQE
• Have gained a good level of experience within Corporate work, ideally M&A and private equity deals
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
