The Role:

You will join a market-leading Banking & Finance team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Liverpool office.

You can expect to be involved in complex and high-value work, including corporate lending, REF, acquisition finance and structured finance. As a senior associate, you will lead deals and client relationships, allowing you to develop your commercial skills and build a market profile.

You will also be actively involved in nurturing junior talent, providing them with the guidance and support to develop and progress in their careers as you progress in your own. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills as you follow a transparent path to partnership.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 5 years PQE
• Experience gained across a broad range of work, including REF, acquisition finance, and corporate lending
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Keen to get involved in supporting and growing a team of junior lawyers
